Cancellation Policy
All appointments must be canceled no less than 48 hours from the appointment time, failing to do so will result in a 40% of the service being charged. Same day reschedules are considered cancellations due to the 48 hour notice policy. Placing a nonworking card on file will have you banned from booking INDEFINITELY.
